You might remember me as the whale. I have a few complaints about CB as a whale. It seems like customer service goes out the window when they know you've got money to spend and you will repeat. Like, I get it but I haven't encountered this at MM ever. Keiko treats you better the more you whale. I had some trouble with NDS too in the distant past with similar issues as CB.
