Otherwise go to a strip joint.[/QUOTE]I'm not sure, but I don't think it is about local laws as much as the belief by MP operators that having their lights on past the closing time of surrounding businesses and through the night just may cause uptight citizens and LE to suspect that they may be operating a house of ill repute. There are definitely places that stay open with the lights off and late hours unadvertised, but if you call to tell them you're coming, they'll open the door for you.
One established LMP that has been openly advertising hours to 2 AM for quite some time is GG on Crenshaw in Gardena. Quite a few posts about this place on this site and others.
