3 K will buy you a lot of ED pills, and they will probably last a lot longer than 2 years.
That said, pills do come with their own set of issues and side effects, but vast majority of people tolerate them just fine.

Always start with what the FDA has approved, which is shockwave treatment for some medical treatments but not for ED. Focused Linear Compression seems to be another term for Shockwave Therapy. GAINSWave is a brand name for the same therapy and more of a marketing company promoting it. It's basically just a machine that sends out ultrasonic waves, the same type they use to dissolve kidney stones. The theory is that the waves will break up plaque that may be building up in blood vessels in your penis and preventing you from getting solid erections. I would be very skeptical of this treatment. The website claiming 75% success rate reads like an ad. I would wait to see results of double blind clinical trials before investing money in something like this. I'm guessing they won't seek FDA approval, because proper studies would likely show worse results and make it more difficult to sell, but I guess we'll see.
Placebo effect is real. If you spend $3000 on something, you'd better believe you're going to think you see results! My assumption is that if a treatment like this would do anything for you, you'd get a similar effect from Viagra or Cialis, which also open up blood vessels.
