Haha... so since I live in the area, curiosity got the best of me and after a little investigative driving, I actually spotted the "red towel." I also spotted, what appeared to be a fellow monger wandering around like a long lost puppy too, but once he made his way up the stairs, the towel mysteriously disappeared. Unfortunately, I missed seeing the girl who took it away, but pretty sure I had the right spot. I'll have to look into this further. Any idea on what the rates start at and what type of services are offered? PM if needed.

Yeah, I had decided the thing to do was ring the door bell with a line ready about sorry wrong address, if that was the case, but I wanted to check out the towel one more time, since there was nothing obvious at the door. When I came back out and the towel had disappeared, I began wondering if someone had just gone for a swim and had just put it out to dry. Decided first to see if there was a pool around. There is. And then to come back another day to see if the towel was regularly there. This lost puppy'll report back in a coupla days.

Well, I often feel like a lost puppy myself when I'm scouting around, the first time at these places. Probably better to look like a lost puppy and not get the attention of the neighbors, than to look eager, or look like a threat, the kind of behavior that can get our helpers closed down. Was I there a specific time?

I think he is trying to convince us not to monger Irvine and stay on the HB track so he could meet his quota undercover stings. Hos are looking for other tracks and deep pocket mongers. Ok, I have one report going back a couple of weeks. Never tried HB in the early AM hours due to family restrictions, but had to go to "work" one day real early about two weeks ago on a Tuesday I think. Very close to the day Ayanei posted about a big sweep.
