SCAD's just got more Japanese girls than other places. Premium tinder will let you fake your GPS to wherever you want. The college definitely doesn't get a cut LOL.

It doesn't require a profile picture but there's 1000's of guys out there also going for 'anonymity. ' Plus a handful of scammers.
