I found Vietnamese in a Vietnamese parlor. I don; t know of any now.

During one point in my mongering life, there was a parlor where it appeared that everyone was independent and the rates were set by the provider. The room rate was set by the "mama". That business model, I've only seen once for a short time.

Also the Chinese providers in Philly all seem to have the total Bush, not even trimmed going on. So if you like that then Chinese the way to go. But almost all Korean girls are nice and smooth.
