Has Jays gotten cleaned up and nobody is allowed to hang there anymore.
Made the loop tonight and no one out, I saw two possibles but when I turned around the UMass Lowell Cops were talking to them.
I saw them 3 or 4 times in Appleton Street patrolling it appeared.
