So I'm thinking of using an escort agency but cannot do outcall. I would imagine an escort agency is little to no risk as far as LE is concerned where as there is high LE risk when using incall for an independent. Should I be concerned about LE when using a escort agency for incall?

Independent escorts aren't that bad for incall, you just have to be careful. Helps to go with reviewed girls, that way you have less chance of LE unless they're caught and used as a front. Never talk anything explicit on the phone / text. If SHE starts getting explicit, haul ass. It can also depend on the part of town you're in. OTP South doesn't have much action in general for example so chances of LE are low-ish.
