I decided to drop in and try out the $39. 99 hour long special. It was exactly that. 1 hour for $39. 99 and nothing else. I opted for a light touch, which was decent, but absolutely no brushing or touching anywhere. My attempts to remove the towel were not allowed. Total damage was $50 ($40+$10 tip). I won't repeat.

Therapy Plus (or whatever its name is) on Atlanta Road is probably your best bet in Smyrna. You could always make a trip to New Concept Spa in Marietta. The lady's name is Connie, she is ugly as crap, She is as skinny as a Flag Pole. She is probably about 40-45 yrs old. Her hand job skills are about a 1. 943 out of 10. But maybe you can coach her into become better. She is an alcoholic though, the hand full of times I have been there, she is normally drunk and she loves Budweiser. She never ask for tip after a hand job though (her massages don't warrant one, so you won't feel guilty). So I guess thats the only plus I can get out of this.

I went to Q Massage on South Cobb drive before (not the one in Kennesaw). I got a HE back when they first opened a couple of years ago. But the last couple of times I have been there I wasnt able to get one.

Moonlight Spa on Veterans Memorial / Bankhead Highway is always a guaranteed HE. Haven't been there in a while so I'm not 100% sure if they are still open. The last time I was there it was Sixty Dollars for the hour and twenty dollar tip.

There is a new Spa that opened up on Cobb Pkwy near CRC Massage. Its called Ming Xing. Haven't been there yet.

In my opinion I think Smyrna Police and Law Makers kinda keep a lock and key on the city as far as Massage Parlors are concerned. I'm not sure how Therapy Plus Massage on Atlanta Road have been able to stay open for this long. Considering that its right down the street from City Hall and the Police Department.

Magical on Old Norcross Road in Duluth is now called Spring. Probably just an ownership change. I doubt if they've improved the privacy issues.

I stopped by my regular k-spa place, but there was a 45 min. Wait because both girls were busy. New mamasan as expected. So, I have posted a few times about the legit places. I go to amazing because they generally have good massages for $50 which seems like a good price to me as compared with many places. They used to have some cute but distant girls working there. Lately, it seems the staff has been getting older and fatter.

During my last trip, I got someone named Anna. I hadn't seen her their before. She seemed very distant when I said hello, so I just checked out and let her go to work. The massage was actually pretty good. I don't know if they test people there are something, but the consistency there is higher than most other places I have seen a few times. Face down, she grazes a few times, but nothing particularly invasive. After the flip, she kept me covered and worked her way to the end where she methodically pulled by the drape an proceeded to take care of business. Nothing was said, she just went about it like it was part of the plan and it actually surprised me because there wasn't much teasing. It was pretty mechanical, but better than the lesbian's I have encountered.

Nite always talks about fucked-up teeth. I would say most of the Chinese women I have seen had OK teeth, but usually they are younger. This woman had fucked up teeth for sure. First Elite was funky for awhile, closed a lot, answering door and asking to come back. Appears they are reopened now, different mamasan, a traditional old one rather than the younger one before and at least 1 new woman working there, C cups, long hair, good TS, good attention, standard massage with HE, house +40.

And the bad news, if any of you mangers have gone to the place downtown off northside, always Americans that try to upsell in the warehouse looking place, it is closed, out of business. One, they're all legitimate massage places as long as their permits are up to date. What goes on between a masseuse and the client behind closed doors is up to them. They would have to assign a government monitor to every parlor to monitor activities in order to regulate them. Two, the job of the police is to protect the peace. So as long as parlors aren't openly ripping people off, running illegal activities out of them or disturbing the peace and have their permits up to date there is no reason for them to get involved. And thirdly, since alpharetta has to compare the regulations of just the surrounding cities it seems the local authorities aren't actually all on the same page. Any type of crackdown in the eyes of some is simply harassment of a legitimate business. If the place has it's permits up to date then as long as there are no complaints filed from clients there is no reason to bother a legitimate massage therapy place any more than a pawn shop or liquor store.

And going back to my first point. What two people agree on as services rendered in private is up to the two people involved. If you pay someone to paint your house and in the agreement you both agree that at the end of the job you get to kick the painter in the balls. Then it's not something the local government can intervene in. Hell if the agreement is that at the end of the job if his wife loves the new color, and all parties agree to it, the painter can get a handy from the wife. Isn't the free market great?

I seriously doubt that the average local resident gives a shit about a parlor unless they're a Bible-toting Baptist or a disgruntled customer with a chip on his shoulder. Their lease was up and the owner of the building refuse to fix the heating in the building and they decided to get a new spot. However, they never advertise on BP because they have a lot of repeat clients. Just look up Taylor on BP. (Her google number is: 404-XXX-8080) and ask her for her new location. If we are talking political tactics, if these Asian Parlors really wanted to fight, I'd hire me a big time civil rights attorney & PR firm and sue the City for tens of millions and make this whole thing a Racial/Discrimination harassment/discrimination issue. In the City of Atlanta there was a big time raid of a gay nightclub a few years back & the patrons did just that: fought back. Now you don't hear about raids of gay clubs in ATL. It is bascially unless there are gunshots, live and let live. If it worked for the Gays why not the Asians?

If two people in private agree to something then what can the vice do about it? Not much. Unless one of the parties takes liberty in that agreement. Like the woman not providing the service. But that only helps her in the short term. One, we would hear about it here in boards like this and two the customer would indeed have a chip on his shoulder about it. Or as one person warned me once,"they steal your credit card info there". Not likely since the theft could be traced back to them and if that info got out on these boards forget it no one would go within a mile of the place. So that doesn't help their business. And in the end they are open to make money just like a bank, restaurant or grocery store.

But with drug labs, street walkers, hard drug traffic and the home casinos that have popped up in recent years unless there is a disturbance of the peace from AMP's they are a low priority and the vice squad has bigger fish to fry. Sure a sting looks good on camera but where does it end up? All the girls go to different states, new people open up the same shop, and we the consumer go back to our routines. The "problem", as some see it, is so fluid that any bust is quickly washed away.

I'm sure some lawyer might take it up as a racial discrimination case but they tend to only represent slam dunk cases. Such as minorities suspended for minor infractions, groups of fired minorities and hiring discrimination. Plus AMP operations aren't really part of asian culture. It's more of a subculture here in the states since as a whole we're to prudish about sex.

I do remember the raids on gay night clubs a few years back in this town. But that was more about the insane amounts of X they ran through those places. The thing those patrons were most likely to get shot in the face with at those clubs was a penis.
