What difference does it make where a client is coming from as long as he or she shows for the appointment. Unless, he's been burned recently by people not near him and he's just made it a business point to say thanks but no thanks to people travelling from a long distance. Just my 2 cents!

He has been mostly in the Merrimack area although at one point he had girls closer to Boston.
