Saw Whitney this evening and I am VERY glad I did! The pictures are accurate. Her body is really that fantastic. Her setup is a little different from some, but I prefer the extra precautions and location. Whitney, when you first joined our little neighborhood, my recollection there was a slight push back from a poster. But you have clearly demonstrated a very clear path of how a young lady can go from zero (new) to hero. Be easy to reach, safe, clean, caring, sincere (even if faked, LOL!), dependable and giving. You prove that the success or popularity of a lady doesn't depend so much on a menu of acronyms as it does the quality of the acronyms. I took one for the team with a visit to Shangri-La foot massage in south Knoxville. They just started advertising, although I was confused at first because there is also a shangrila about to open in Sevierville. If you wanted an essay in how to open a massage parlor for less than $200, this is it. It is in what once may have been a garage on Chapman Highway. There are bare concrete floors, remnant drapes, and a few lights that could have been pulled from the curb. The place is clean. There was one other man there when I arrived so I had to wait just a few minutes. The vibe was interesting. I was greeted by a surprised woman. Surprised becasue there was another customer?. And led to a recently constructed small room with a table and a dim garish red light. I enjoy the hunt, and was game and there was nothing scary about this place even though it was downscale. The woman came in, politely asked me to take my shirt off while meaning my clothes, apologized and said I would have to wait. She is attractive and ageless, and was dressed in formal Chinese black. Her English was good enough but spotty.
In a few minutes she came in, searched for a name and decided she was karen, and started. I just had half an hour, and had the best therapeutic massage I have ever had in Knoxville. She is strong, knowledgeable, and did great stretching. She apologized for having to charge me $30 for a half hour, and explained how much better deal the $40 hour was.

I had more time to visit Shangri-la, and viewed the odd surroundings with a different eye. THe whole row of garage bays cum shops is abandoned, I think. I was a few minutes early, and left a few minutes after opening as an one owner yet beatup 1980's Oldsmobile pulled up with Karen and an older gent, I presume the original owner of the car, pulled up. He unlocked the door and disappeared; later his car was gone. After another incredible and therapuetic massage, with lots of teasing (elbows to the balls? Yes please. May repeat just for the massage as the cost is reasonable.

I've been to over 7-8 places in Knoxville (east tn) over 100+ times in 3 years. Basically by the time you get the girl of your choice to the point of the HE they go back to NYC. In 3 years I've only hit the HE only 6 times. But. I've been able too see them after hours 25 percent of the time. I'm not sure if this is because I'm pretty fluent in mandrin. Maybe they want to give me their best after hours. Which is good and bad. I'm not looking for a gf.
Don't want to be a buzz kill just trying to give you a realistic expectation. Honestly I think it would be more cost effective hitting up the local Chinese buffet. (My current gf I found there).
Knoxville is just not NYC. You better have some game if you want some extras.

In the new style semi-legitimate places it is about 2% first visit, but it rose reliable to 90% before the new mayor's crackdown. Since then I am just under 50%. I do not speak any Chinese dialect, and do not care if the massage is delivered by Asian or not.
In non-Asian, non legit providers the rate is still 100%.

I had one experience in one of the Sevierville places about three years ago when I was asked at the end of the massage if I wanted Junior "massaged". She was an older very aggressive lady. But that is my only experience where I didn't have to ask.
