You may have given off a "unsure" vibe so they didn't press the issue. The best way to get them moving is to show that you are interested. If you move first they know it's a much better chance that you're not law enforcement. So when they're working to your side, rub their calf and thigh. This lets them know you're there for more. The MTs will try and take advantage of anyone willing to pay more for roaming or more beyond a HE. What you paid is on the very high end, especially only OTC. UTC or nude with a good looking MT and that tip is more appropriate. Don't hesitate to counter their offer or more times than not they will agree. It's not being cheap, but rather, think long term. If you enjoyed a session with a particular MT and started with that kind of tip, if the opportunity arises for something more, think what kind of price range you're getting into. At that price you might as well be going back to the escorts. Also, when you find a good MT, especially someone you click with, there won't be a need to negotiate. You will find that you get serviced and the tip is left up to you (just don't take advantage and be cheap). But that is usually only after you put in a few sessions with the same MT. Good luck!
