I guess nobody was interested in helping out someone from Huntsville. I am going to fly blindly into an AMP and take my chances.
Would have been nice to have heard something, even if it was just to roll through the posts, which I did.

Reading the posts, it looks like Time would be worth your time.
Just because someone didn't reply doesn't mean someone wouldn't. You posted that message yesterday and then 24 hours later comment because you haven't received one back. On this site sometimes you have to wait several days to get a reply back from even the most trustworthy of members. I didn't reply because I have no experience with AMP's, and my next visit will be my first. But there have been many posts here relating to AMP's and the like and I wouldn't think it difficult to find posts relating to the topic you were looking for. I saw a post just the other day in the 'other areas' forum about a Craigslist ad for an AMP which seems to have what you were seeking. Maybe this can help you. to read you would have seen recent posts indicating Time Aromatherapy is worth your effort. Also, Yoshiko is worth the effort. Both are located on Roebuck just off I-59 north. A while back I had Tiffany at Yoshiko and her body doesn't quit. Cindy at Time has a great attitude, hands and where else can a guy find girls so hot with GFE at an AMP?
I get down that way occasionally and have had some good times along the 1st Ave. corridor. Met a little blond whose name (I think) was Michelle. She was staying in whatever motel it is where the parking is sort in the middle - a bit secluded.
But the best time I ever had was in an adult theatre downtown. This was back in 2002 I think. It was mostly guys giving each other attention, but I noticed this woman walk in. Nothing to write home about, but not skanky at least. I went over and sat behind and whispered in her ear "I wanna f--k you." She said to come on. Fortunately, the desk outside had condoms and I went to work. A crowd gathered, cheering me on, and I felt like a movie star, which I certainly am not! It did, however, seem like a scene in a movie!
I don't remember the name of it, but I think it was more on the north part of downtown.
Spent an hour with "Neveah," a traveling provider who's been posting on BHM CL and Backpage lately:
http://bham.craigslist.org/ers/637138161.html
First of all, she's not the girl in the pic. Unless the pic is about 10 years old and severely Photoshopped. Neveah is a little older than the girl in that pic and 10-20# heavier. Not bad looking, a little rough in the face, but a decent body. Couple of tats which made it clear the pic wasn't her. Still, didn't challenge her on it, as she was attractive, just not AS attractive as the pic.
I'd told her via email I wasn't looking for full service, just FBSM + BBBJTC, and she agreed to provide. Working out of one of the better hotels in the I-65/Oxmoor area.
Nice strong hands, massage was good quality, and she didn't try and hurry up that part of the experience. Really worked some kinks out of my neck, back, and legs.
Finish was good, nice technique, and no hesitation in taking all that I had to give.
These sort of hotel/CL setups aren't my fave. Her phone rang several times, and she finally asked if it was OK to answer, as the same person kept calling. Kept the TV on the entire time, which was a bit of a distraction.
All in all though, a nice way to spend an hour. $$.
Been planning a date with Lisa for a few days, but something came up and I had to cancel. Very disappointing because shes not in town that often and I'd like hanging around with her anyway even if she wasn't absolutely fantastic in the sack.
Tried to console myself for my loss and headed out to 1st Avenue to see if I could pick up Melissa for some fun. I really like her a lot too, she's a lot of fun and after being with her I end up totally satiated but still hot for her for days... You guys must be beginning to think I'm obsessed with her by now - maybe I am a bit.
Saw a lot of girls out on 1st Ave and the surrounding side streets tonight. Saw a lot of LE out there as well. Two older WSW on the corner of 2nd Ave and 50th street, neither one of them I would touch - gross. Rolled down the window to ask her if she knew where Melissa was, no luck.
I got a better look at the bruenette thats been near Motel 8 the last few days, I don't think its Cindy after all now that I've gotten a better look - the girl I've been mistaking for Cindy has a nice body and good tits, and the same hair style as Cindy does maybe a bit shorter but her face is not nearly as pretty as Cindy's.
Saw too many BSW to count out tonight, including some younger looking girls and one older one that I think was most likely a man.
Around the Anchor I saw Jazzy/April sitting on the wall next to the hotel, she looked like shes starting to let herself go - kind of dirty. Its a shame, she's a pretty girl, I'd like to try her again someday despite her running off on me last time. But wasn't going to mess with her tonight since I was really hoping to see Melissa.
I also saw a younger white girl several times on 1st Avenue walking south on the east side of the street. I noticed a couple of cars pull over to talk to her, but didn't pick her up so I guess she wasn't working, but she was sure good looking enough that everyone was noticing.
Speaking of people noticing, after being out there for 30-40 minutes minimum everyday and 1-2 hours some days, it doesn't take long before you begin to notice the same people doing the same thing. I saw several guys out there that I know for sure were doing the same thing I was doing because I kept meeting up with them at corners and lights and see them checking out the same girls I was looking at. I guess what I'm getting at is that if a fellow monger notices you out there and can see what you're up to, then LE most certainly knows what you're there for as well, so keep that in mind and be careful.
Of all the girls I saw out there tonight, there was only one other than April/Jazzy that I would be interested in meeting. She seemed just my type, thin, white, brown hair, saw her cross the street between McDonalds and that empty car lot near the Sky wearing blue jeans and a t-shirt, she was very cute girl, nice looking body, pretty face, I would guess mid 20s maybe ? Made eye contact and got the signal to pull over and get her, but as she came across the street she noticed the police car that was parked down the block and ducked into a room at the Relax.
Looked around for Melissa for over an hour, and finally decided to give up and try her again in a few days.
Richmond Guy, that probably was the Screening Room, which has been closed since last fall. Birmingham has a new mayor, and his trigger finger hit on the Screening Room because of the openness of sexual activity inside it, as well as the blatant use of drugs and leftover condoms and the like on the streets surrounding it.
WH, sure if you ride around the same areas at the same times of the day, you're going to see the same people doing the same things. I ride around in the early morning alot, so I see the same people leaving for work, walking the street, waiting on the bus, and so on. As for cops seeing you regularly, just have a good reason as to why you're where you are, and always be where you can use that reason. I have an almost fool proof excuse for being out, and visual proof of that fact as well, so I never get grief for just being out. A reason I used to use which also worked was that I was needing to get some gas and was heading toward, or turning back around to go toward a gas station down the road. If they ask why you didn't go to such and such as it might be closer, just say you prefer the type gas you're heading toward. I first used that excuse when I was stopped on 1st several years ago in the broad daylight for just going around a block to go the opposite direction. Luckily I was heading back toward a gas station. It really pissed me off though, because that's the only time I've been stopped just for going back around a block, in the broad daylight no less, and I told him as much, as I hadn't done anything wrong. I asked was it now a crime to circle the block to go the opposite direction to get some gas ? I also stated that if I had made a U-Turn in the parking lot of a business on the main road to go the other direction, I'd have been more than likely stopped for that as well. But they know they can't do anything about someone going about their business going to get some gas, even if they might assume what I was actually doing. At night late, I get stopped occasionally just for 'being where I am', no matter what the reason they might say, which is also why I try to follow the traffic laws to the T to make sure they don't have a reason. If a cop wants to stop you, they'll follow you waiting on you to do some minor thing like go 5 miles over the speed limit or not signal changing lanes or some garbage like that, or if you've got a tag or brake light out they'll just stop you for that. That's why it's always a good idea to check lights regularly.
I've also noticed alot of road blocks late at night as well, especially in Bessemer lately. It's nothing more than a hassle especially if you've got the proper license and insurance. One night I was in Bessemer and saw like 10 cops with lights flashing on their cars and looking like all hell broke loose at an intersection about 6 blocks down the road from where I was, so I turned at a road I came to. Immediately after I did, a cop comes out of nowhere from the road across the street from where I turned with lights blazing and came up on me like I'd committed some horrible offense. He walks up on me like they do with that stupid posture like you're about to pull a gun on them, asks for my stuff, then goes back to his car and sits there. Then another car comes up and they talk and then that new one leaves. Finally after about 10 minutes he comes back up and asks what I'm doing in the area, and I state that I was leaving from a friends house- I wasn't but I did know someone in the area. I then let him be aware that if that actually was a road block that I wasn't trying to evade their road block, but with all those lights going it looked like something bad had went down and I was just trying to stay out of it. Honestly that's the first time I'd ever seen a road block like that, as most times a road block is just set up where you pull up onto it once it's too late and there they are- no lights, just alot of cops at an intersection. Usually if there's something bad that's happened cops usually want you to avoid driving through the middle of it, and that's what I was doing.
Thanks, Clark for the Info. Birmingham seems even worse than Richmond in that respect. I did a dumb thing once in Dallas when I was out on Harry Hines. There are lots of motels there, where you can usually just pull in the parking lot and wait for the vendors to come out of their rooms. I didn't like anything I saw, so I was pulling out on to the main road, when low and behold, the blue lights began to flash. I was in a rental and was certainly one of the nicer cars in that area. Problem was, I had forgotten to turn on my headlights! I told the officer that I was scouting out a new hotel room (Oh yeah! That's JUST where I want to stay! ) and on my own car, the lights come on automatically (which is true) but this was a rental car, and I wasn't used to it. But roadblocks? That seems extreme.
So, do you know the motel I'm talking about? I think it was painted blue. That seemed to be a virtual smorgasboard of delights!
That motel you asked about could be one of several based on the description. There's several that have a middle parking area that's hidden, but as far as some place being blue colored, that might be the American or whatever it's called across from the McDonalds in Woodlawn. I've learned that motels are bad news in several respects, so I mainly avoid them. True girls hang around them, and most that hang around them have rooms, but you can guarantee if you go in a room you won't get what you paid for. I don't like feeling rushed, or having calls or knocks on the door, and a motel guarantees that.
You gave a good example of quick thinking in giving a proveable excuse as to why you were in the area you were in, and also why your car malfunction did as it did. Cops try to confuse you, and ask quick questions, and try to catch something odd and focus on that when you answer their questions. So it's always good to be quick and sure on your answers, where they have no reason to doubt your responses. Cops aren't smart, it's just their training that teaches them to focus on inconsistencies in a story, and if you beat them at their own game, then there's nothing they can do to you in that respect. I know not all cops are bad, but encounters with them in the past have made me have an overall dislike for cops in general. There's alot of them that are arrogant, and think they know it all, and are all-powerful just because they have that almighty badge on. It's those that I dislike the most, the ones that when you're talking to them and they have this stupid look on their face like they think what you're saying is pure bullcrap, even if it really isn't. You all know the look, even if you haven't experienced it in person, you've surely seen it on 'COPS'. It's those that deserve whatever they get, and why I applaud when I hear things in that respect on the news.
On another note, I forgot to mention night before last I was on the west side of town near Princeton Hospital and was getting gas when this black girl in a Suburban calls me over. Seems she was visiting the Platinum Club and was suddenly out of gas. She didn't offer her services, but did offer a handgun for sale, a '25' as she said. She was cute, looked about mid 20's with a nice shape, but the thought of a gun being in the picture made me not inquire about whether other things were available. I've seen it before, same story, different girl. She was trying to get money for crack, and selling everything of value for it. I thought I saw her in a gas station parking lot near there last night, but didn't bother. Maybe once that gun is gone, her body goes on the market, lol.
It's probably best not to say anything to the cop besides giving them your id and info. This way the cop can't use it against you to trip you up.

It is not illegal to avoid a roadblock if you can do it legally, I. E. No u-turn, etc. A cop has to have probable cause to stop you and avoiding a roadblock is not probable cause. And remember, you have the right to not answer any question put to you except name and address. They don't have to "read you your rights" until you are in custody. If they just stop you, you can say, "Officer, I will cooperate in any way that I can but I refuse to answer any questions without my lawyer present" and he is supposed to stop questioning you. But that is Courtroom law.

I know this, and that was not what I was saying. Around here, when cops stop you, they more often than not specifically ask you where you're going and why you're where you're at. I never just say things unless I'm asked, I was saying this on the premise that the cop will ask such a question as they usually do to me. Basically if they stop a white guy in the middle of the night in a predominantly black area of town, or in an area where prostitution and drugs are prevalent, they're going to ask why you're there. You have to give 'some' answer, not responding is worse than answering. I saw a card posted somewhere on this site once that you could give to a cop stating something like 'Do not question me, I want my lawyer. I do not consent to any searches of me or my property.' That's almost like admitting you're doing something wrong.
The reason why cops are questioning a suspect is to gather evidence to arrest or cite you. So by answering questions you are giving them more evidence.
Don't answer the cops questions. Tell him you have nothing to say.
You should ask the cop. Am I under arrest..?? Are you detaining me..? Am I free to go. Assuming you have not outstanding warrants. There is not much they can do. In any case, big deal if the cop thinks you are guilty. Cops just like to make a citzen think that is his duty to answer his questions.
Sorry for my impatience earlier this week. Being north of 50, I don't have the time or the patience that I did in my youth.
Ended up at Yoshilo early yesterday morning and am glad I went. Met by the mamasan who was friendly enough, then saw the lady with the glasses I had read about. Alas, she wasn't on massage duty, but introduced me to a tall and slender 21 year old who said her name was Ai, but pronounced it like eye.
Nice prelim massage with lots of touching and questions. TS was thorough and she made sure to ask if I was a naughty boy before proceeding to clean me ALL over.
Back to the room for another short massage and then the flip. She was wearing little bra and short skirt with panties and let my hands roam. Since i wanted FS she started at $200 but dropped to $120 when I proved that's all the cash I had on me, having left the rest in my car. I may have overpaid by $20 or so, but she was great. Mutual bareback oral and then covered multi positions until I finished deep inside her while barking.
Hot towel clean up and then 10 minutes or so of cuddling and kissing. Didn't watch the clock and I left almost exactly an hour after getting undressed.
All in all a good experience and one I tend to repeat. As I was leaving the girl in the glasses actually walked me to the door and asked if I had a good time. When I said yes and wanted HER the next time, she kissed my cheek and rubbed my crotch and said Ai told her I was fun. She promised me the same at the same $$, so next Thursday may find me there again.
I want to apologize again for being upset a couple days ago. Being off the hunt for SW's and dancers, and with no real AMP in my area anymore, frustration reared it's ugly head.
I'm not debating this subject about answering or not answering questions. If you can give them a reasonable answer there's no reason not to. Answering that you have nothing to say is almost an instant way to get arrested because you're acting like you have a bad attitude and they'll return it likewise to you, and their answer for it will be to place you under arrest for something even if it's bogus. Acting antagonistic makes you appear guilty of something. I have my ways of handling things, and have in kind for many years and have yet to be arrested for it. Others are welcome to handle the situation differently.
Hsv Monger, there's no problem. It's understandable. Most of us here on this forum have more patience than other forums in other areas of the country I've read. If you had asked that question anywhere else, you'd probably have gotten a simple response of 'RTFF', which I consider extremely rude. It takes no more time out of someone's day to be friendly than it does to be rude, and I always try to answer any question asked toward me. As I said before, the only reason I didn't respond to it to begin with is I have zero experience in visiting AMP's, and my reply would be purely heresay. We all seem to try to help each other and offer advice and help where we can here on these Alabama forums, the local members do, that is.
I kind of like to motels, but I prefer to avoid the ones that are right in the neighborhood. Theres a America's Best just one exit down the express way, its a lot cleaner and nicer for only $50.25 a night, and there won't be someone interrupting you and chicks are more willing to please if they're facing a 3 mile walk back - ha ha ha
I left work early today because of the weather - didn't see anyone I was interested in around the usual places in Birmingham but I didn't look for long, just made a quick pass through the area on my way out of town.
A cop has to have probable cause to stop you...
Yeah, all they need to pull you over is something like you "probably" were going to do something.
Was returning from Sylacauga Thurs. Saw girl walking on 280 think she went to Oak Mountain Lodge. Long black curly hair very short black shorts an high heels. She appeared to be a little on the heavy side. Anyone know if that area has potential. Was on my way to an appointment with Mandy so I did not stop but did take a second look. She did not look like she would be a first choice but maybe if conditions were right.

A cop only has to have reasonable suspicion to stop you while you are in a vehicle. There is no probable cause requirement, not in Alabama. The US supremes have said as much as well. Now, it is true that they have to have probable cause to detain beyond a reasonable time limit; i.e. 10 minutes. It is also correct that one they write you the ticket for whatever it is they claim they stopped you for - you are free to go and they have to have probable cause to further detain you.
The best thing to do is pull over to a lighted area or as much light as possible, roll your window down, turn the lights on inside your car, take your key out of the iginition and place it on your dash board, and place your hands on the steering wheel at the 10 and 2 position. Passengers keep their hands still and where the officers can see them. Move your hand slowly and tell them where your wallet is. Make slow movements when they ask for your id - offer your id in your wallet to them - they love to write in their report that you had trouble getting your license out of the wallet as a basis for probable cause for them to further detain you on a suspicion of dui. And if they have a probable cause that you are dui - they can further detain you for up to 30 minutes as they run the field sobriety tests and the breath test to determine probable cause.
When they ask for insurance and driver's registration, I tell them it is in the glove compartment and that I would feel more comfortable if they looked in the glove compartment and I offer to exit the vehicle. I have yet had one to take me up on the offer.
I have avoided many a speeding ticket and other moving violations using this strategy. Never had a search done.
As far as information that they are entitled to, name, address, dob and SSN, driver's license, registration and proof of insurance. That is it. Anything else, let them do the investigation. Where are you going, where have you been, what have you been doing - is none of their business. Say" no comment"
Remain cool and present yourself as though you had nothing to hide. Works everytime. 99 percent of the time they catch someone it is because the average joe fucks up.

I think that area does have potential. Never met a girl on the street there, but I've seen a few like you that I was suspiciously interested in. And also, I happen to know from experience that a few of the girls who post on CL or work for the services in Bham live out in that area.
While I agree with much of what you posted,"no comment" is more likely to bring about retaliatory action by the officer.
Having a good story for being there is the best bet. Although Clarks story about wanting a different brand of gas is not a good one.
They are going to stop you if you look out of place in the area and they have nothing going on. How you behave will likely be the difference between being arrested...even on a trumped up charge that will later be dismissed..or being told to go on your way and dont be seen here again.
Even a hint of attitute on your part will likely be met with 5 times as much from the cop. And many. if not most street-level cops have some sort of a power trip, otherwise why would they work for that money in that area ?
"No Comment" would be preceived as having something to hide or being a smart ass.
Spending time arguing about the consiitutionality of things is fruitless when the cop can take you to jail even for a made up reason. The eventual lack of a conviction is not really the point. The point is...do you want to be taken to jail and have your car towed for telling the cop that you "know the law" ?
As for roadblocks, Ive seen cops chase after folks who avoid road blocks a number of times. I think that former Duke basketball and now NBA player got a DUI for just that reason.
I personally had one instance a dozen years ago where I thought I was toast because I had a beer sitting between my legs when I came upon a road block in front of the Sheraton (I think) on 20th many years ago. I quickly turned into the cheap motel on the other side of the street. I fully expected them a cop to come in there after me but they didnt. I waited 10 minutes and left in a different direction.
Intentionally avoiding a roadblock is very likely probable cause for them to come after you.
By the way, I noticed there was a bust in Mongtomery where a dozen or so streetwalkers were arrested. I would expect crazy larry to get wind of it and then orchastrate a larger bust locally so he can look better.
That is, if he isnt too focused on spending multi-million $ renovating the ghetto that is 5 points west or pulling advertising from a radio station as punishment for them disagreeing with his almightyness.

I'm going to head down 1st tonight on my way to the office. Hopefully, I'll find something of interest. I'll post a reply.
I was on my way home last night, around 10:30ish, headed down 1st scouting. Saw a rather young looking bsw, with glittery pants. Tempted, but she was too young and she waved off several cars, so maybe she wasn't working. Saw what was most definitely a Tranny, across from Motel 8.
I'm going to pick up a jackson or two and see if I can't get a little action. LOL
Happy hunting guys.
I'm glad some people are seeing my point about the need to answer when a cop asks you why you're in such and such area, and you can almost bet they're going to ask you no matter where you are. This might not be how stops are handled in other parts of the country, but it's how they're handled here in Alabama. The part about the preference of gas station was just a possible scenario that might come up, as I've been near gas stations before and been stopped going the opposite direction and that answer worked for me. It even worked one time when a cop stopped me for passing by the old Chesterfield, and if any of you know where that is, that's WAY out of the way. That's all I was trying to say, is that as long as you have a reasonable answer, and a quick answer that is to the point and not one you have to think about, then there should be no problem. Taking an antagonistic attitude toward them is never a good idea. Sure you might not be convicted of anything but you surely could be hauled in because of that attitude you gave. I have a friend like that, he has the attitude that if he's done nothing wrong then take him in, and he'll take them to court. I, myself don't want to deal with that if at all possible, so I'll do what I have to do in that situation to avoid it. Each person might do differently, and it's each persons own choice how they respond when faced with that situation. I try to offer advice when asked, and I speak from experience, and I never try to be confrontational, though I will try to clarify my point of view when questioned. I don't claim to be an expert on anything we talk about here, and post count shouldn't be a factor as to someone's knowledge on such matters. I could up my post count into the thousands if I perused every forum on this site and commented daily on every topic currently discussed, but there's no real point in that, and it wouldn't prove I'm an expert on anything either- just that I had nothing more to do than post comments. Anyway, as I said above, each person is going to have their own way of handling whatever situation they might be in, as each one will be different. It's not going to have a definitive answer, as each person is different, as well as was stated that each states way of handling things as minor as the handling of a traffic stop is different.
Ok, I took 1st ave on my way home tonight (9pm-ish). Curised from 1st ave exit on 31 to roebuck.
Nothing out around Motel 8, saw what I thought was a bsw heading to the shell by east lake park. Swooped in and to my displeasure she was just walking to the store.
Man, I have yet to see anything. *****_Hound PM me I want to discuss a couple things.
ff topic on this LE thread, but I wanted to submit a addition to an earlier post:

Oh and I saw Cindy crossing the street in front of the Sky tonight too. Clark, Cindy is the older brunette lady with wavy/curly dark hair and really nice set of tits. Very pretty for a street walker.
I grabbed this shot earlier this week on a quick trip through your city on the way to Nashville.
Keep in mind that this grandma is almost 50 years old (the rest of her body didn't quite keep up, but not bad for 50)
Here they are:
Superman, I'm not arguing with you or anyone else on the board, I rode down to B'ham yesterday for an entirely different purpose than mongering. Heck, I live in a small Mississippi town of 7500 peps and I KNOW all the cops and they know my truck. I even ride motorcycles with the Chief of Police.
My post was separated into "Courtroom Law" and "Street Law. " Keep that in mind.
If I got stopped in B'ham with my MS tags I would say, "Officer, I am lost as a goat. I've been through 4 towns in the last 5 minutes and the road has changed names 6 times. We don't have one way streets where I live and I can't figure them out so I am running in circles, clockwise and counterclockwise. Can you tell me how to get to Mountain Brook where all the streets go in circles and end up at the same place? "
And, MedMal, unless they changed the Constitution since I used to practice law in Alabama, probable cause is still required. "Reasonable suspicion" is simply another phrase for PC.
Y'all hunt safely,
Mississippi Man
In the last few days. Thanks for the pic of Cindy, I think I might drive off the street if I saw her walking.
Anyway, I traveled the whole run of 78 from Jasper to Finley, then Finley to I-59. Then 5th from the Anchor up to Roebuck. Not the first lady, nada, zilch, zip. Were all you guys out mongering after church?
I've had my run-ins with LEO, in the last year, I have been pulled over three times by law enforcement.
1st time, I was returning from out-of-state when I first moved here, at 1 o'clock in the morning, and took the wrong exit off the interstate. He flashed his lights, and I pulled over in a parking lot, turned on the light and handed the info over. No real hassle, LEO knew that I was lost as hell.
2nd time, I stopped at a roadblock (where the cops are standing there with just flashlights), officers made me pull over and wrote me a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. The officer actually said, "I don't usually write these tickets. " Glad he got it out of his system.
3rd time, I was driving down the road, and LEO came flying up behind me in a 55 zone doing 85, tore around me (and the two fully loaded dump trucks in the lanes near me) through the emergency turn lane in the middle of the road. I think to myself, wow, he's going somewhere in a hurry. I go on down the road, and there are skid marks in the center lane where he slammed on his brakes. I pass him (at the posted speed) and he gently pulls in behind me and pulls me over. He gets out of the car and walks up to me, and says, "Sir, I know you are probably wondering why I pulled you over. It is because you aren't wearing your seatbelt. " I said ok, handed over my info, and waited patiently for him to come back. He returned in a few minutes, handed me a ticket, and said the following "Sir, here is a ticket for not wearing your seatbelt. It could have been much worse, I could have been serving a death notice this evening. I arrested two people for DUI last Friday in this area, I see them all the time. There are a lot of dangerous drivers out there. You need to wear your seatbelt. Please sign here. " I could barely contain my laughter until he got back into the cruiser.
In case you didn't know, if you commit three minor traffic violations (including not wearing your seatbelt) in a period of one year, in the state of Alabama, you must go to court after the third offense. So, I have to go to court if I get caught a third time not wearing my seatbelt. I can't wait for that day. Haha.
Happy hunting, and if anyone has seen Christie that has been posting on CL the last few weeks, please let me know. Any info is appreciated.
Thanks
...unless they changed the Constitution since I used to practice law in Alabama, probable cause is still required.
Police, prosecutors and judges dispense their own version of the law in Alabama regardless of what the law or constitution says.
Miss.Man, I didn't think you were taking an argumentative posture with me. It's people that read every forum on the site and have to put their two cents into things, usually trying to start arguments that I was referring to. I understood what you were trying to say.
Highway Man, if it wasn't for that 70 year old looking hand in that pic, those boobs would look real nice. I believe that's the girl that looks like she's in her late 50's in the face I always see around the American and Sky.

There is one point your missing. The LE pulling you in is not the layer who will take you to court. The Cops do not have to defend their actions they just turn it over to the DA and let them weed through the crap.
And as far as probable cause..just being in the area will probably keep them out of trouble.
They do not have to convict you to win.

Some people never learn!
Tanked, I had that three ticket thing happen to me back in the early 90's. Each of them were as a result, or a by-product of, of looking for SW. I got two moving violations right in a row because of, or a by-product of, looking for SW, then I got stopped for 'speeding' in Woodlawn a few months later, going just over 40 in the 30 mph area, and the ass cop wouldn't give me a break. Within a few days I got a red slip in the mail telling me I had to appear in court. So I took it upon myself to find my way out of that last one, which I did in a unique way, and then was extra careful until those 2 previous ones fell past that year mark.
Oh, and that Cindy girl that was posted, the boobs might look nice, but trust me, if it's the one I'm thinking of, you'd never know from looking at her that her body looked as nice as it does. Her face looks close to those hands, lol.

Anyone stupid enough not to wear their seatbelt gets no sympathy for me. Sure, it's America, you should have the right to be stupid and needlessly risk your own life if you so choose.
But wearing a seatbelt in the car -- particularly in the front seat -- is such a no brainer that I really can't get worked up about it.
As the previous poster said -- wear your damn seatbelt!
Took the long way home today from work. I cruised down first, all the way from Red Mountain to Roebuck.
Saw a older looking BSW in front of "Mo 8", she was decent looking from afar, but not worth stopping for. A little bit up I got a hard-stare from a very cracked out bsw or tranny, either way I gave it a little more gas after that one.
Over by the McD's I saw a WSW with white sweat pants on, couldn't get a real good look at her, but the body was decent for what I saw. Sorry I didn't get more, maybe I'll get a chance to actually make a stop.
Anyone want to give me some "prime" times to head out?
Ok, so I don't wear my seatbelt, and you guys jump on my case. Seat belts don't save lives, believe me, I personally know two people who were killed in accidents because they WERE wearing seat belts.
Police chases kill people everyday. Eating fast food kills people everyday. Tobacco and alcohol kill a shitload of people everyday. But you those things aren't illegal.
I look at it this way, we are required by law to do/not do certain things, in order to protect others. By not wearing a seatbelt, I'm not affecting anyone except for me, period. But what about your family, you might ask. I don't have a wife, I don't have children, I have life insurance policy to cover my few debts, so I'm not going to burden my brother or sister with those.
Every new law that is passed, gives the government more control over your life. It gives them another inch of rope to tighten around your neck.
Why is it that paying for sex is illegal? Cause the government is worried about your well being, probably not. Why is it that drugs are illegal, because the government cares about your average smack head, doubtful. These activities are one area in which the government has not been able to put it's grubby little hands into your pocket and tax the hell out of you. Maybe it's a case of morals. Then why bother fining someone $10 for not wearing their seatbelt, lock 'them up. Or simply giving someone a citation & fine of $50 for engaging in prostitution, lock 'them up. Because they make more money fining you again and again, rather than putting you in the slammer.
Anyway, I went a long way around to make this point. Whenever the founding fathers set up our government, they made a point of saying that every man has the right to do as he sees fit. As long as he doesn't infringe on the rights of others in doing so. Wearing my seatbelt doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights except mine. Having consensual sex with a random person doesn't infringe on the rights of anyone else.
So go ahead and buckle up, for safety's sake or because it's illegal not to do so. I'd rather die from not wearing a seatbelt, than to continue to live strapped in by the government.
Seatbelts don't save lives, watching what you and others are doing saves lives.
So, I was out tonight, giving unto Ceasar at the last possible moment, and since I live down 65 a bit from The Ham I took advantage of me being up thre at night and did a cruise. Woodlawn and whatnot were dead but I went up to Center Point and got a wild hair and pulled into Super Sauna about 9:45pm. The Mammasan greeted me and put me in the room without asking for a door charge, odd but nice. Less than a minute later Bonnie came in and introduced her self. Bonnie is kinda tall for a Korean at about 5' 7" or 8", and built like a HOT girls softball player, I'd give her body a 7. Very Pretty face, probably a 8 or low 9.
She did the table shower, which was awesome. Lots of soap and extra rubbing without asking for an ok. She went strait for the goodies. Very nice. After that she put me in the sauna to dry and when she came back to get me I whacked my head on the ceiling and she was concerned but after I proved to her I was ok, we had a good laugh. It really broke the tension and this is where the visit took a serious upswing. She took me back to the room and gave a middlin' good massage. Covered all the bases and got the knots out but didn't go long enough for me. On the flip she gave me a firm price of 200 for EVERYTHING. She promised to make it worth my while. I was a little put off at the time but since I didn't pay at the door and she was being VERY nice, I bit. I got out of there at 11:10 having had the most enthusiastic service I've had in a long time. Yes it was a little high on the surface but considering the level of service {DFK, DATY, BBBJ, good HJ, DDP, and she rimmed me and went over 20 min. Attitude/Performance 10! } and the fact they forgot the door charge, it was worth it.
I realize that it gets some bad reviews but I had a GREAT time.

I'm glad that's the case for you, but statistics prove otherwise. Anyway, I rather think we have seat belt laws because the insurance companies lobbied for them and that of course is all about saving money.
What about my friend who wasn't wearing a seat belt? He got plowed by a drunk driver and ended up being a vegetable. Insurance ran out eventually and he's still in a nursing facility and taxpayers are footing the bill. It'll be that way for the rest of his life. The investigating officer said it was his opinion that he wouldn't have sustained the type of injuries if he had been wearing his seat belt. Hurt? Yes, but not an invalid.
Not wearing a seat belt might deprive you of you life, but it can also render you an invalid and a burden on society for the remainder of your lives.
Bottom line... buckle up.
