You need some kind of stimulation, whether physical, visual, etc. Depending on your level of ED, body mass, comorbidities 10-20 mg should have an effect in 30-60 minutes. Peek plasma concentrations are reached 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on conditions with average time being 2 hours. I remember reading somewhere that your body can't synthesize more than 20 mgs in a 24 hr period. I'm not sure if that's true as I've seem to have gotten a good effect taking 20 mg early in the day and another 20 mg hours later. The effects should, again depending on other conditions, last 36 hrs or maybe longer. It shouldn't have to build up in your system. If it is prescribed as needed it's meant to act as soon as possible. Now if you're taking a low dose (2. 5-5) for BPH then maybe, but I can't find anything saying it does or doesn't need to build up. But anything prescribed on an "as needed" basis should not have to build up in your system as that is the exact opposite of "as needed. ".

Does anyone else have experience with PT-141? My research suggests that a dose of. 025 or. 05 mg is a good starting point and that maximum effect is 2-6 hours later. Experience suggests that. 5 mg (that's 10-20 x the suggested) works but results take 9-10 hours to come on when administered sub-q?

9 hours is a tough time frame to plan ahead for. Anyone have a suggestion or experience to share?

If you are healthy, and don't exceed 100 mg / day, it's unlikely you'll have any serious issues aside from the common side effects (which get worse with increased dose).

A 50 year old in bad health may take 3 100 mg and not feel a thing. I read a story a few years ago about a South American guy that took, I think, 3 100 mg pills and had an erection for so long that he had to have his, well you know!

I get mine when I travel to Baja Sur Mexico, it's over the counter and very cheap.

It's my understanding that taking a dose higher than 100 mg does not help you.

I lived in S. Florida and on the radio there were ads for ED treatments, including one which is using shockwaves from a device from Switzerland.

Evidently it works but you pay out of pocket probably $3500 or so over a few weeks. The effect is supposed to be dramatic and lasts at least a couple of years.

I heard an interesting thing on the radio in S. Florida; doctors had shows and one time this was discussed; the MD said he had treated a guy 90 years old with this thing and it worked well for him.

Another thing mentioned is that guys who have heart attacks almost always have ED problems before their heart attack, food for thought.

The day 100 mg of sildenafil doesn't work for me is when I will seek out that expensive treatment.

Once the female at Walgreens told me that typically older guys who had $$ would buy Viagra (not generic) and spend $500 for a refill and not bat an eye.

All depends how much you need, want a hard dick? These drugs have become so popular not because they work well, but men want to push the envelope, to be best, better, in the bedroom. If you suffer from ED. " how much is to much?" money, amount of pills you take to get hard in a day. Think about that!

What is this forum's policy on members offering individual Sindelafil citrate pills to other members? I've been in this game for years, but I think it is time to ween myself away from it. I have a recurring order of pills that I do not want to go to waste. If it does not go against any forum rules, I would be willing to part with them at cost. I am older and I usually take 50 mgm when I go to an AMP. I thought I could last longer and be harder if I increased the dose. I went up to 100 mgm. And it worked fine but I then has some problems with my right eye. Some permanent change in color perception. The ophthalmologist is following me closely and it has been stable with only a slight change in my visual acquity. There is a very bad reaction called NAION which causes permanent blindness which may be caused by Viagra according to some sources. I have since gone back to 50 mgm with 100 mgm of Tramadol to prolong my erection. These things apparently only happen if you are older? Have hypertension, or diabetes.

Is there a difference between real Viagra (the one that says Pfizer on it) and generic types: Sildenafil Citrate generic pills. Blue Chew?

I had some of these (pictured below) and I don't know if they worked or not.

And I can't honestly tell if they worked or not. Maybe? I don't know, but shouldn't the difference be noticeable?

The Chinese are doing a small clinical study of it in coronavirus. I guess this is b / c it is used against primary pulmonary hypertension, the breathing difficulty that is caused by the viral pneumonia of COVID-19 must be similar. Something to think about if you find yourself with an infection.

The clinical investigators are probably looking at Sildenafil's effect on blood flow through the lungs. With more blood flow, there might be an increased supply of oxygen to the body's cells. Unfortunately, I think that the oxygen is blocked because of inflammation / fluid in the lungs. The oxygen cannot get to the blood. This is conjecture, nobody knows the answer with certainty.

Avoid exposure to the virus, optimize your immune system, and reserve Vitamin V for when you need hard wood.

I really wouldn't trust anything that didn't come from a pharmacy. There is an ad on the Roanoke STG for a supplier out of Canada that seems trustworthy. Other than him, I would not trust anything else through the mail, and certainly not Blue Chew.

Just tell your Primary care Dr. You need some. They may order up bloodwork to check your testosterone, but in my experience, they won't deny it. You may get either Viagra or Cialis depending on your heart condition, and what your insurance covers. PM me for any advice; I've been taking it for 15 years.

At first Viagra was a $15 copay for 9 pills. Years later my insurance changed away from co-pays and the price went up to about $50. Then right before the patent on Viagra was about to run out, it shot up to around $100 so they could milk it for their final year. Now the generic is available. My insurance only covers generic Cialis but it's only $10 for 7 pills a month, and it works great. If I don't end up "using it" within the 4-hours that I take it, I can still get an amazingly hard erection 3 days later when I need it, and not have to waste a 2nd pill.

For a guaranteed lift, I start 4 hrs before session with 25 mg, repeat every half hr, then ramp up to 50 mg every half hr starting 2 hrs before session, take last 50 mg just before going in. I also chew the tabs, and let melt under my tongue. I'm older guy, on blood pressure meds. No problems. I did get bad headaches if I took 100 mg 2 hrs before start as recommended. Researched this and haven't seen any serious issues with V overdose other than prolonged erection, and never had that problem. YMMV. M2.
