I met with her many times, alone, and she was always timely and reliable. I over paid her on one visit and she actually stopped to ask me if the amount was correct. She's a cute girl with a rotten past. Still, many of her current woes (BF and child care issues, family baggage, pending court orders) are simply her own doing. See her alone without any tag alongs and you should be fine.

She had been on time but when she brought the friend along 3 or 4 times before it was always delayed because Kate is pokey. It has always been good but I'm clueless as to why she decided to pull that this time. Then her attitude that it was wrong of them to do it but also didn't care. I even told her that they could come next weekend to make it up and she laughed so she apparently doesn't care about burning bridges and may be why she is losing regulars.
