Just read that all 6 locations were raided yesterday. Source was social media. Haven't seen any news articles yet.

When I was trying to find something more official about Lucy's, I found some probably related articles. Last fall, the Anne Arundel Council / County Executive signed a new law to increase enforcement powers:

Not sure about the legal mechanisms about how this works, but seemingly they'd want to ramp up enforcement once this came into effect. Hence, the RL Therapy enforcement action as well.

Damn, I hope this didn't happen. These LE busts in the area are starting to ramp up. SMH.

I think this report is accurate guys. I went by the Owings and Lothian locations and both were locked and closed. I also called the Deale location and Lucy in Edgewater to no answer. Things might be rough around these parts for awhile. Stay safe.

The red spa sign was on at the Owings and Lothian locations as well, but there's also an open sign that was off and the doors were locked with the lights off.

I did not see Lucy's car parked in front of the door. She usually always parks there. I pass her spa almost daily on my way to work. Sad, really sad.

Hey maybe she gave staff off for a long Holiday weekend. One could only hope.

Located in small strip area next to a nail salon on West St. Stopped in last week since pretty much every option in the area has dried up due to the recent LE busts or whatever is going on in Anne Arundel. Paid. 6 for an hour and a decent to above average massage. Standard finish. Can't remember the providers name, but she was avg in looks and body type. Felt like she was trying to push for an upsell of a HJ, but we agreed on standard rate. Stay safe.

Both are reliable. I visited two of these after reading a review. Pepsi at PGA was awesome and Pinky at AA was great. If you prefer bigger frame then check Pinky.
