ROGERS PARK Ald. Joe Moore (49th) sent an email to residents Thursday afternoon tipping them off to a "bit of good news" a day after a gang-related shooting occurred on highly trafficked Morse Avenue.

Gentlemen, This is a disturbing Fairy Tale, I am about to relay to you. At least for me it was. I have received some very accurate intel on where some of our Uncles are living. The first place is the Notel 6 on the 95th and 294 exit. The second place is at various Notels on Cicero between 87th and 79th streets. I also heard that the Red Roof Inn on Diel rd in Naperville has some living there as well. You may think that Dart has thrown in the towel after the judge gave him a cease and desist order, but NOooo, he has some new tactics up his sleeve.
