I've had girls take 3+ visits to get there, but I felt that was more rare.

The last time I saw her, she was working at a shady office building right on a busy intersection across the street from a liquor store.

I really enjoyed going to several places in Hong Kong where you could sit in the sauna steam bath then shower, have a rest in a lounge room before going to the massage. You would get an OK massage and full-service for an all inclusive price paid up front at the door.
I don't expect that level of service here but I would like to relax in a sauna and of course extras would be enjoyable as well.
