Some of this you have to put in some time and legwork yourself rather than have golden nuggets of information simply handed to you. Why? Final hint: there is no "magic hooker street" where they all are nor a "magic time" when they all come out. You need to drive around a bit through the area at various times. DC is different. There they all come out pretty regular at 1am, all look just like classic hookers, and are all in the same place. Baltimore is way more subtle, the girls are not way obvous so you gotta look hard. Trust me, they're there.
