Wanted to throw my $0.02 in as I was in town for work at the start of the week. After reading reviews and some PMs (thank you everyone for the rec's), I decided to check out Goldrush Monday night around 8 PM. I didn't choose to opt in on any extras this time but still had a good time. I have a very young looking face and unfortunately (as someone pointed out to me) my race's reputation comes off as creepy even if I don't so I think that puts off a lot of girls tbh.
While the consensus was to visit dayshift but I couldn't make it with work schedules (also ATL traffic is no joke). I paid $10 in parking and $10 entry.

Maybe the weekends are an outlier due to part timers coming to dance without a license. I've heard of Wax being the choice of a lot of part time strippers because they don't need a license. Most Atlanta clubs have a default mission of hustling any all customers on their night shift. The guy was cheesing because you came to him about 20-30 bucks on a night when people throw a hundred during a single dance on stage. Think about it, they're letting you know who they’re aiming for with your parking and entry "fee". There's lots of security on day shift, but they generally treat customers different because they don't encounter as many assholes. You're automatically profiled as an asshole when you visit as night because that's when the most problems occur at the club. They'd rather kick you out than have another potential headache over less than 100 dollars. Hell, they've been paid already, you were clipped when you paid the parking and entry. I hate the strokers night shift security as well. I remember going in and out twice before and him mentioning on second time in, "why are you going in and out of my club", I thought to myself, dude you're just a bum ass security guard, the last person here with the right to call it mine is you. That was my last visit on night shift there. A similar encounter with night shift security at follies caused me to cut out all make it rain clubs on night shift if I'm doing anything more than watching and tipping stage with friends. Third time wasn't a charm. That's when I found out about the cameras. Finally had seven to myself and she said they had a meeting about the duck off spots and the cameras can capture audio as well.
