At Spearmint Rhino just 1 block away it's full contact dances even for the 4 for 2 ($40 topless $80 nude).

That was my first and only lap dance experience at Synn, so I just left for SR. Apparently with the quota system here with the first $140 the club keeps all of it. So she's basically dancing on us for free and has no incentive to actually give a dance unless we tips. It's a bad system and these girls are not strippers. They are not here to properly dance for us. Dancing is literally an extra!

I do agree that I've had better luck on lap dances at SR lately though.

Another dancer said the same. "it motivates her to work harder" to make it back she says. Whereas at the Kim clubs the dancers are literally afraid to go on their first VIP unless it's "worth it".

I saw Safari at Synn where I said let's go VIP and she stopped me to make sure I wanted extras. I said sorry I'm just here to try out the club but I will tip you. She thanked me and walked off. She was very polite about it, I don't even hold it against her. Bottom line there are a lot of "extras only" girls at Synn.

I take about 10 girls to VIP at SR each year and have never had a single bad dance. Each one has a different limit, but compared to clubs where I'm from it's sky high and actually more than I'm looking for. So I'm good.

Jocelyn offered the full package for 2. 5. I sense she was fishing and could be talked down easily on a slow day. She's cute with enhanced cans and ass but wasn't feeling it.

Katana made a recent appearance at Synn after a long time away. Had her marked for VIP but she disappeared.

Cielo reappeared after a while. Cute and seems fun. She got locked down by a regular before I could inquire on her menu. Any reports on her?

Last time she said she doesn't do extras but YMMV. She's popular enough not to do extras and I respect that. Thursday nights guys will make it rain on her when she shows up.

Right after a VIP I might not see a girl on the floor again for 15-30 minutes, or ever (for some girls if she made her goal she calls it a day). I found a new club favorite Savannah and almost missed her. She did a stage and some guy put his hand on her during her stage and said something disgusting to her and she was waving her arms saying no way with an awkward laugh. I saw she was upset and after approaching one customer she was walking straight to the back but I caught up to her before that happened. These girls like anyone have a limit of patience. It's good for them to take a break in the back, it's good for us you want a girl who's fresh and recharged with a good attitude.

Tiny. Very nice. Did more talking than figuring out what she can do.

Make sure you clean looking / decent. If you aren't at least attractive, good mood, smiling, surely all plays a factor in offerings.

Do amethyst and Luna do any extras in VIP at SR? How about Ruby and Mercedes at Synn? I haven't had them yet. I know not every girl offers VIP.

Does anyone know how the quota system works at Synn not sure I get it based on the previous posts. I have noticed that there are some girls that are VIP only. But was unsure why? Like isn't getting a lap dance better than nothing at all? At least its some income in the hour, I see them just sitting there, waiting to only do VIPs for customers?

I believe as someone mentioned at SR they pay a certain fee upfront when they come in like some amount and don't make anything until they pass that fee, except tips. So girls are in the negative once they arrive.

Lilah is very fun in VIP, very open and no extras needed to be discussed if she's into you. She will give out her number if you cool with OTC and will tell you she has Sugar Daddy's lining up who give her 1 K when they go out. She'll ask if you want to join the fan club LOL.

Cora, very popular. She's a freak and loves to be the point of attention in VIP. Not into OTC fun but she'll tell you she needs 7 bills for FS. But with her you'll have a good time, pretty good time without having to spend 7 bills. But she needs to fill comfortable and does like if you dance with her after you've had a VIP with another dancer if she things you nutted. She's super clean and hygiene conscious. She's always booked. You'll come up to you if she likes your company and dancing with you. Even if you are not a regular with her.

It was early on Friday evening and club was pretty dead so maybe that's why she was willing. Or maybe she's gotten full of herself lately. I understand why a girl would only want to do VIPs when the club is very busy and there's another PL waiting waiting in the wings but it's not a smart business strategy. It's the good dance (and pleasant interaction before and after) that made me want to take Lilah in back without her needing to push it.
