O.[/QUOTE]I always ask, "Who is working?" If they only give me one name, I ask if anyone else is there. As with all inquiries and negotiation at an AMP, I want to a) make sure the language barrier is crossed and b) that they know I'm not going to back down right away. If you approach this as a business like your provider does, your mindset will keep you thinking like a customer instead of pretending there's a game of pickup lines going on at a bar.
Having the confidence to say no is an incredible negotiating tool that most people do not have either at an AMP or in life.
