Since you have Internet access, did you search Backpage and Craigslist? Haven't seen any reports here about Tower for quite a long time as they historically sucked.

It's a standard Korean AMP. The mamasan is Korean as are the masseuses. You can at least get a HJ. Never asked for more as the providers I've seen were not to my liking.
