I've started undraped at a few legit places when they failed to mention what draping is required, and the reaction has ranged from the therapist immediately ending the session "we don't do that here", to them draping me, with a reminder of the legality, and very few have allowed me to stay undraped. Those that have eft me undraped were always ones that I had seen before and had already seen everything anyways. It just costs way too much to get a legit license in WI for most of them to risk it unless they have known you a long time.
