I read this forum often and I see a report that states that SW's are everywhere. I hit the streets and nothing. Swing through an hour later and I see some worth stopping for. I wish there was a formula to use that would generate best times and locations. It's just random luck and timing from my experience. Damn..we need to get them all on a schedule as they have more free time than most of us. Don't give up..It can go from nothing to a smorgasbord in a half hour time period.

Guys, ran into Star (not Elysha), brunette, thicker, head shaved on the sides by 4th Street a few days ago. Always follow the 21 rules of mongering. No exceptions! I have also had some terrible luck finding anything out on the streets. But yesterday, I'm pretty sure I ran into 3-4 around OL.
