For you noobs with questions, look over the details of this add and see if you can spot the flags, this is one of the less obvious ones. Reach out and exchange a few texts, see if you spot the flags. Ask for a location, tell them you do cash only, offer to meet at the Starbucks near their location for mutual safety. End it with "I don't send deposits" and check out the replies. It becomes apparent that the end game is a deposit, then you will never hear from them again.

I did my best to explain the lobby was bumping and asked if she could let me in the side door. She replied with an inaudible response then hung up, I have no idea what she said. I called and texted with no reply. Supper skittish, poor coms and ultimately ghosted. Better luck to the next man up.
