I use text for 99% of my booking all over the US and have never had issues.

Only time I've had issues are orgs who go through WeChat, since WeChat won't accept VOIP numbers.

If carriers or VOIP providers ever stop supporting text, I'd have to either port the number or let orgs know the number of my hobby phone.

Also open to any other suggestions for any other apps to get a number to text. One thing I don't like about TextNow / iPhone is that you can't really hide / lock down the app.
