The side effect is that it overtakes the browsing window completely.
Yeah this is going to backfire on them completely.

Its looking like you can't view or post ads in the USA. You can still view Canada and Europe but not us. Also the cityxguide was seized a couple days ago so.

I noticed the past few days links were redirecting occasionally but though nothing of it. Don't know. Maybe updating in the background? Would make sense to effect the US during the day as (to my knowledge) their servers are in Europe.
I run a VPN and that seems to be the problem for me anyway. If I turn it off or use one of my devices not on VPN I have no problem. Noticed it about 3 days ago.
