Generally, I don't ask if BBFS is available on the first date unless I know for sure I'm not going to repeat. Also, I will usually wait until the end and tell her I'm tested as well and see how she responds.

For several years, it's been available for 75% of the girls I've seen. Mostly they offer for free or rarely upcharge, and it can vary when it's available. I've had it on the first date and some took 5 years of waiting and handful of dates later.
