Best if you don't hear back then just figure they don't have PM privileges. If you must have the info then unlock there PM and hope there not an ahole.

Since you claim FX points do not cost "a lot of money", perhaps your HX bros will be more inclined to send your precious intel if you unlocked mail for them so they can actually reply, even if it is only for 1 day. Next to the profile is a small button that says "Unlock Mail For". Use it often and us wage slaves will be exceedingly impressed with your generosity.

When I made direct inquiries (PM) about a girl, 70-80% of time I got a reply. I feel direct info is better so it might be worth your while to figure out why it's not working for you.

I understand the possible reasons, but it's still a bit disappointing. This forum is much more helpful and active.
If you are getting 10 responses out of 40 inquiries sent, that equals a 25% success rate. In your original post, you stated Bros on HX are so unwilling to respond to info requests on chicks. We're all on the same team, for god's sake!
I am curious what percentage response rate you would find acceptable for a site to be considered "helpful and active". 50%? 75%? 100%?

People are more likely to reply if you have the same interest and you can compare notes past and future.
