For the past few weeks I've been out and about, on G mainly, and haven't seen much action. What I have seen, though, is my friend LEO everywhere. With that, and the recent topics on this board, I thought it was a good time to share my two-cents and rules of thumb about dealing with LEO.
Obviously, the most important thing happens before you even leave your house. Making sure that your registration, driver license and indicator lights are all squared away are your first priority. Never give them a reason.
The next part is a little more subtle and takes practice, but when you're out cruising and you see Mr LEO (or Mr LEO sees you) try to look as distracted as possible. Hold your cell phone up to your ear and start telling your pretend receptionist to sell all 10,000 shares of Google immediately before you go broke! Start flipping through your radio stations, start driving a couple miles above the speed limit. The only people who drive slowly while scanning the sidewalks with their head on a swivel are guys looking for SWs. You want to put on a good enough show to convince them that you're just passing through without going overboard.
Never, never ever ever lundge into the passenger side of the car or back seat. These are behaviors that my friend LEO specifically looks for as a sign that someone is stashing something. The best way to do it is to pay attention to how you drive when you aren't out on the loop. Notice every nuance, every time your attention drifts off while staring at the car in front of you. Maybe you get distracted and start belting out Celine Dion, try to copy your normal relaxed behavior as if no one where watching you.
If that doesn't work and you find yourself face to face with my buddy LEO, there are three words that I live by; Respect The Badge.
The first thing you do when those lights go on is to find a LEGAL parking spot for your car. It may take a second to find one and that's ok. Put your hazards on to show him that you are aware of his intention and slowly drive to a well lit legal parking spot.
Next, put your dome lights on and put your hands at ten and two. Don't reach for your wallet, don't get out of your car don't do anything. I'd even say wait to roll your window down until he approaches, but you can crack it a bit if you'd like.
After that, when he comes up to your car the first words out of your mouth are, "Good evening Mr LEO, why did you pull me over this evening?" This takes practice, it's hard to get up the nerve to open with asking him a question, but it is very important. It immediately puts him in the position of justifying the stop and it stops you from talking yourself into a bunch of tickets when he starts intterogating you.
Whatever his answer to that question is your response is usually along the lines of "Oh, I had no idea. I was just doing what I was supposed to be doing (or something to that effect)". When he asks for your wallet, say "Sure, my wallet is in my back left hand pocket. Is it ok with you if I take my left hand and reach for it?" This does two things. 1. you're unprovoked compliance will put him at ease and 2. It tells him that you're cooperative. If he thinks you're cooperative, he's more willing to believe you when you start telling lies.
Which brings me to my next point, stick to as much truth as you can. Don't over do it with the story telling, the truth flows more easily and will be easier to recall if he challenges you on it later. IMPORTANT: Only answer the questions that he asks. If he asks you a yes or no question then you're answer should be either Yes Sir or No Sir. Do not start flying off into story land when you don't have to.
That about covers all that I wanted to get into tonight. There is more that I'll add later on. The main thing is to just Respect The Badge. They're out there doing a dangerous job and if you show them that you get that, it'll go far. Be genuine, be real. Don't start talking like Matlock or some TV lawyer because that will only piss them off.
Lastly, I've not been having luck lately and I'd be really grateful if someone would be willing to PM the digits of a good looking spinner. I've had some really shitty experiences with BP and now a drought on the loop.

Walker and le presence were light. The lincoln librarian was out and a few big girls on gf. Scary big. Tannya had a room at the airport lounge and got a nice BBBJ for. 3. The place looked kinda thuggy in back so beware.

Maybe it's the economy, but there's certainly some interesting things going on around town. Last week for work I was near Holton and Capitol and there was an older lady definitely checking out traffic between Holton and Humboldt. Popped into a parking lot and definitely got "the eye". She looked pretty rough and being at work I just ignored it. Perhaps an hour later a younger slightly pudgy woman was in the same area and appeared to be watching traffic. Over the weekend I contacted a BP girl and she gave me a location of Humboldt and Capitol. It's certainly nothing like the standard North or South loops, but it does appear there's some activity in that neighborhood.
Of more interest to me is that about 2 weeks ago there was a little blonde wandering the parking lots by Kmart and Pick and Save in West Allis asking people for $10 for gas. I saw her first in the P&S lot, moving North and found her again in the lot North of Greenfield. I watched as she walked around for a bit and then walked over to a car and talked to a seedy looking guy in an old beater. I engaged after she walked away to see if I could get her to go for a ride, but she just gave me a sob story about her car getting broken into, her money and phone getting stolen. Had the look of someone just starting to Jones. Fairly gutsy to even panhandle with the Stallis Satelite Police Station right there by P&S. No idea if she's there often, haven't seen her since, but I suspect she may go for a ride with someone willing to be a little more direct than I am.
Of the most interest of all, Friday late afternoon near 92nd and National I saw a quite attractive younger white lady that I felt was watching traffic a little to intently. Had the family in the car, so couldn't do anything. Early Sat afternoon I saw her again waiting to cross the street at 92nd and National and definitely got "the stare". I circled back around to intercept as she walked North on 92nd, but by the time I got back a little BMW had pulled up. She talked to him for a few seconds, she jumped in and off they went. I'll DEFINITELY be looking for that one, she's at least an 8 on the SW scale, keep you all posted if I find her.

Madtown is small enough and there are few enough strolls that they can pretty much control it if that is what they want to do.
This is a generalization of course, and there is always the outlier as I call them.
Someone at a place and time that you don't expect. Because unicorns actually do exist. But I haven't seen one for a long time.

There was a tall thin black woman panhandling in the lot. She was cute too. Nice be cups and lips that looked like they were meant to suck dick. It was cold out but she wasn't dressed fot the weather. She was going around to everyone asking for money. I was in a hurry and the place was busy, so I turned her away. As I was driving away I was regretting not asking quietly for her number, but it was busy and probably would have been overheard so I didn't do it. She seemed a little buzzed, and I can say with absolute certainly I could have had her going down on me in my car if I had just asked. She was 100% SW material, but my guess is that she wasn't someone from that neighborhood. She was probably waiting for the next bus and thought I may as well make some money. Should have gone for it. I'm a sucker for the thin SW types. Every time I go by there I still look but unfortunately haven't seen her again.
