LEO can and will arrest you for any reason they want to. Whether the conviction sticks or not is up to the lawyers and judge, and sometimes a jury. Photos do not mean you're safe. How many have found that they go to an appt, and the girl isn't even the girl in the pics. Most of you think with the little head at this point and stay, thinking, oh well. I'm already here.

There was way too much to put in one post so I divided it up. Okay you have started hobbling and you find that perfect lady for you. Now the thrill of a new lady every time can be addicting but for now let's talk about your ATF the girl you want to see say weekly. RULES.

4. Your ATF car broke down and she needs cash now or whatever scenario you what to use. Do not lend money! If you do these are the results.

A. Your lady will now feel obligated to see you but if she could not fix her car then she probably cannot afford to see you for free. Knowing this will make it hard for her and most likely you will be pushed to the back of the line. Most men feel like shit for seeing his ATF knowing she needs cash and leaving without donation.

B. You may never see her again as she disappears.

So the best thing you can do is go see her and have your friends go see her so she can earn her own money. Or you can just give her the money with no expectation for getting in back in any way shape or form.

This is not the time to ask for a deal and take advantage of the situation. Now if you seeing your ATF 3 more times a month then after a few months you might try working something out but not during her crises. However do not try and get the price so low that she has no desire to see you because she can make more seeing someone else.

Many providers who are on BP are living in their hotel rooms. You can almost always bet that someone is staying there with her. Do you really expect for these providers to live in hotels without companionship of some kind, management, boyfriend, girlfriend or maybe even a lap dog. If you do not like that then move in with her and be her SO.

Here is the hottest topic on of all, Pricing. Without starting a war just let me say this. A low volume provider who only sees 3 to 5 clients a week is more than likely to be into her play time with you then the provider who sees 5 clients a day. Now add to that, you are one of these guys and you see her every week. This has the making of some very hot times.

A lot of the former government run probation services are today run by private companies. Thus the financial incentive to keep you on probation as long as possible. VOP for these companies can double or triple their income. Your probation ends early so does the funding for these private companies. The longer and the deeper they can keep you and bury you "in the system", the more $ for them. Follow the money trail and it all makes sense (and dollars). Spending money up-front for a real criminal defense attorney will save you more in the long run when compared to the Probation Obstacle Course which is set up today for your failure.

Your statement that if you have 3 years probation, and the maximum sentence for the crime you pleaded guilty to is 6 months, you go away for 3 years is idiotic. Your probation will normally not exceed the length of time that you could be put in jail for the crime. If some how you agree to 3 years probation for a misdemeanor that has a maximum sentence of 6 months, even if you are found to have violated your probation, you CAN NOT go to jail for longer then 6 months.

I think you have watched one to many cop shows. You are for sure confusing PAROLE and PROBATION. A probation officer does not have unlimited access to you or your home. Can only enforce what your probation agreement states. An example is that if your probation terms do not mandate drug testing, he can not make you take a drug test. He can not just enter your home whenever he wants, and forget about entering anyone elses home without a warrant.

AS for PAROLE, that is a totally different game and while on PAROLE, you do give up many rights. Your PAROLE officer can enter your home, but CAN NOT enter someone elses home without a warrant merely because you are inside. A person on PAROLE loses some rights but his friends, family, and other homeowners DO NOT.

Some interesting stuff here, Mikaeles says "try not to accept a plea for probation" well then what is alternative your attorney is going to offer, a jail sentence? A large fine? Or a jury trial, I believe the sentencing guidelines would only allow the jury trial. Never a great idea.

If you are on probation you can generally get your sentence (probation time) reduced by 50% if you apply to the court for the reduction, the judge will usually grant it if your probation report is clean, that is if all your fines, probation fee's are paid and you have kept your nose 100% clean, if your a fk up expect to serve your full time if you violate your probation and they have to come looking for you (Bench warrant) expect a little jail time. Everything depends on your charges, your behavior and your Defense attorney, if you use a private attorney you should pay for the best you can afford, if you use a public defender, good luck. If you've signed a confession there is little anyone can do for you other than see that your rights are not violated in the system.

Question for the Popester-Do you know if any central Fl. , county probation offices have been privatized? I know the ankle bracelet company's are private as are the traffic camera companys, these companys are in the process of setting up "Stop Sign" cams.

Various agency's will set up a cam on your premises if suspicious activity is reported and they believe the reports are correct, one cop told me they don't want "chickenshit pot arrests they want serious felony amounts of drugs" for instance.

Bottom line is "Big Brother" is here, use every tool in your burglar bag to stay out of the system. I didn't say you can't get a lawyer on weekends I said you would most likely get a public defender and they usually suck. I didn't say police can search your home for no reason or because you broke a law. I said if your on probation your P. O. Can search your house at anytime they wish. I don; t think I said they can search a providers home just by giving the address I said you will have additional charges added to your arrest. The police will have a much easier time after that to obtain a search warrant however! This is also all pretty much worse case scenario anyways.

You all need to calm down a little and realize all of this is possible is it the norm? Hell no. Does it happen everyday? Hell no Does it ever happen? Yes it happens and the police are within there rites to do so in perfect situations.

You can always ask for a lawyer when a police officer is questioning you. You also left out the part where I said ask the officer am I under arrest? Once you are read your rites you can ask for a lawyer and don; t have to answer anything else.

I was informed today that if you have a 3 year probation on a criminal act that originally would have had a maximum of 6months and you are arrest 1 year into your probation you COULD POSSIBLY serve up to two years in jail for probation violation!

Your statement that if you have 3 years probation, and the maximum sentence for the crime you pleaded guilty to is 6 months, you go away for 3 years is idiotic. Your probation will normally not exceed the length of time that you could be put in jail for the crime. If some how you agree to 3 years probation for a misdemeanor that has a maximum sentence of 6 months, even if you are found to have violated your probation, you CAN NOT go to jail for longer then 6 months.

I think you have watched one to many cop shows. You are for sure confusing PAROLE and PROBATION. A probation officer does not have unlimited access to you or your home. Can only enforce what your probation agreement states. An example is that if your probation terms do not mandate drug testing, he can not make you take a drug test. He can not just enter your home whenever he wants, and forget about entering anyone elses home without a warrant.

AS for PAROLE, that is a totally different game and while on PAROLE, you do give up many rights. Your PAROLE officer can enter your home, but CAN NOT enter someone elses home without a warrant merely because you are inside. A person on PAROLE loses some rights but his friends, family, and other homeowners DO NOT.
