She is very pushy about meeting at her club and says that's the place she feels the safest. I've found that giving $ before the m&g is almost always a loser. I let them know that I'm happy to provide a small gift if things go well, but will not venmo in advance. Not trying to be a tough guy, but have been burned too many times in the past. Old Chinese guys post below mine is on point.
