Yeah law enforcement needs to investigate real crimes, there are no victims in these cases, neither party is a victim, where is the crime then? This is what our government is doing to us citizens telling how to live our kives, remember government you work for us we do not need your advice on how we live our lives. Victimless Crime is no crime at all, but what what law enforcement does in these cases is a crime.

On the PL I am updating zillions of prostiutution related felony cases now in Superior Court.
This is just one example of the many massage cases now pending.
Investigation based on a tip from a customer who while sitting in the waiting room heard noises that sounded like persons having sex became uncomfortable and left the building (xxxx and Cave Creek Rd).
Detectives from VICE conducted research, surveillance, compliance inspections and covert operations. Doing web searches found 2nd business location at xxxx E Greenway Parkway. Found ads on a variety of sites including adultsearch.com and rubmaps.com. Corporate Commission records showed owners as Ricardo. And Irene.
In one undercover operation detective posing as a customer made contact with "Jenny" and made during the massage a prostitution deal when Jenny agreed to give him a hand job (manual masturbation) for $60. Later she was arrested after obtaining a search warrant.
The two owners plus two workers charged with felonies with indictments after direct complaints.
10/20/2014 status conference continued until 12/8/2014 due to need to review many witnesses (30 police officers and 10 others), evidence from 2 locations, 2 "victims" and over 1000 pages of discovery plus videos.
All this police, lawyers and court time for a dangerous to the morality of Arizona, "hand job."
