He spends a lot of money on drinks and in the past tipped her entire crew hundreds just for hanging out. I wink at her when he's there as she struggles to hold back a smirk, but the money's real good so I understand.

I feel like you should get more time for the same pay as everyone else because your a consistent means of pay.
