The best advice I like in this post is not paying until the end. If you get busted in the middle or are disrupted you never paid for anything even if they find the money (They would have to arrest you to search in your pockets!) you first of all don't have to say a damn thing even if you are arrested. Say you want a lawyer or ask if your being charged with something? (don't be an asshole! Be polite with the officer it will help you in the long run. Don't trust what the cop tells you she said he is most likely lying!)

Hint for the ladies if you are busted in your home the police will ask you for your address don't give it to them if you admit it is your home and you were doing something illegal in it you just gave the police a green light to search your home because it is being used for illegal activities. Plus you just added to your charges using a place for illegal activities. Ask for a lawyer!

A friend once asked me why I see girls in the middle of the week at night and not on weekends I will tell you why. If you are busted on Friday night or anytime on the weekend you will not be able to get legal assistance until Monday and guess where you will be sitting all weekend. Why you ask? Not many lawyers' offices are open on weekend and all judges are off on weekends so much harder to get bail set and no good legal representation for you except maybe a public defender and your most of the time better just pleading guilty!

Probation try not to accept a plea of agreeing to probation. Once your on probation pardon the language but your fucked and anyone you visit is fucked. If your on probation police have a right to go wherever you are. Your friends house is vulnerable to a search if you are on probation if they find anything you and your friend could both be in trouble. Try to fight it probation is a removal ones ones rites and gives the police permission to mess with you at anytime and any place they wish.

-You can't ask for a lawyer because you don't get a chance to fight the charges very much your going to jail most likely and without a trial. If your probation is 3 years your going to jail for 3 years even if the original offense would have maximum of 6 months if convicted.

Hope some of this is helpful biggest thing is the cops have to prove you did something wrong make them prove it! The cops don't give you a better deal for helping them they will say they will reduce charges if you help them they are lying! Police are allowed to lie to get you to convict yourself and anyone else. Keep your mouth shut it's there job to convict you not yours!

Although you have the right idea of a vouch list, I was a member of a site like this in Boise for the 10 months that I lived there. It's known as the Boise 150 Club. They started a website, it would be vouch status only. A provider needed a vouch from 2 hobbyists, and a hobbyist from 2 providers. The person vouching must already be a member. And in order to be a providing member she must provide a service at 15O or less. It's alot of work to moderate these sites, so you have to have several unbiased moderators. Entrapment is about the Government enticing you to do something that you as an ordinary law abiding citizen under ordinary circumstances would not do. As any defense lawyer will tell you it is not the Governments job to try and test the morality or veracity of it's citizens.

This is why when LE puts a decoy on the trail they do not put them in short shorts and a low cut halter top. They put them in jeans and a t-shirt or a dress.

So do you stop your car every time you see a pretty girl in public and offer her a ride? When she says what do you want to do? Do you answer her? If she asks you do you have twenty for the head or 60 for sex do you say yes? Do you see why that is not entrapment? The average citizen doesn't stop his car when he sees a women on the street so if you do and you answer the questions, get ready to call someone to bail you out. They don't get everybody but they are happy with 30-40 guys a week it gets TV and newspaper coverage, and the citizens think the police are protecting them, ever notice how channel 9 just happens to be there during a bust.

Ask yourself how many burglaries are solved or murders if there is no direct connection to the victim, no the tough ones are not solved, they pick the low hanging fruit and that is the uneducated monger.

When they do a B / P sting there is either no pictures at all or the pics show a fully covered girl or girls, this way when they present the evidence in court there is no question of entrapment. Lets be honest here most guys trap themselves by running their mouth and asking questions or asking for illegal services and offering to pay for them and when approached by LE they try and talk themselves out of it, the cops really can get all the arrests they want because of uneducated mongers or mongers who let their guard down too early into the transaction either over the phone or in person.

I've only seen 2 or 3 providers (other than AMPs). Many will know who I am talking about by the description of events. She asks you to wash your hands, and then take your clothes off and lay down. The card with cash has already been placed on the dresser. Are you innocent because she gave instructions to take your clothes off? I don't think so. The only thing that might save you here is the suggestion for payment at the end. Once you put down cash and take your clothes off (even at her request) I think you're dead meat. Do you agree?

Most important take away from this, and I think we all agree, if you are questioned by LEO just shut the fuck up. You are not going to talk your way out of anything. You can only hurt yourself not help. I know a lot of us have a lot of confidence in our gift of gab but fight that urge. That goes for guys and gals.

It's also important to remember there's a huge difference between arrest and conviction. The standard for arrest is pretty low, simple truth is if a cop really wants to arrest you he can find a reason. Trick is to not make it worth

Not many lawyers' offices are open on weekend and all judges are off on weekends so much harder to get bail set and no good legal representation for you except maybe a public defender and your most of the time better just pleading guilty!

Probation try not to accept a plea of agreeing to probation. Once your on probation pardon the language but your fucked and anyone you visit is fucked. If your on probation police have a right to go wherever you are. Your friends house is vulnerable to a search if you are on probation if they find anything you and your friend could both be in trouble. Try to fight it probation is a removal ones ones rites and gives the police permission to mess with you at anytime and any place they wish.

-You can't ask for a lawyer because you don't get a chance to fight the charges very much your going to jail most likely and without a trial. If your probation is 3 years your going to jail for 3 years even if the original offense would have maximum of 6 months if convicted.

While we are on the subject of entrapment. Is it always a safe bet if the provider sends you photos of nudes or just straight up finger banging herself or another monger, is that like a clear 100% showing of this is in no way a LEO trap?
