Just at a bit slower rate than the black and Asian populations. There are millions of more white males and females in the USA now than in the 1990's. This is so whether you include or exclude white Hispanics. The data sets are all readily available online.

Stopped in at the reopened 704 C. It is in a strip office complex. Easy parking but you have to stand out in open until they open door. I like places with lobby.
