YMMV, as they say in the trade, but I was treated today to a very exciting new item on Sofia Lisi's menu. This new feature is quite gripping, although the ride is very smooth. Some might say it's beneath the more popular item, but that all depends on your point of view, as well as your position on the matter. This being a new offering, Sofia likes to provide it to select clientele, but especially those who can appreciate it without forcing the issue, so to speak. This time I thought of it more as a sort of dessert item, but next time I think I might move it to the main course!

But she's well reviewed, well respected, and very talented. A little cool at first but she'll warm up to you if you're cool. Treat her well, she's one of the best Asian flavors I've had.
