The monger turns right out of the Gator and BAM! 4 LEO on him just north of the light in the industrial park on the right of PH. They pull the monger over by blocking 2 lanes on PH with a cruiser and flashing their lights for only about 10 seconds, In the process they almost cause a car accident from an innocent driver passing to the left. They stop the monger, get the monger out of the car and cuff him within 2 minutes, get him into an unmarked white monte carlo and get the monger mobile off the road. There is little to no talking and they don't waste a minute resetting the trap This whole process was executed and reset within 5 minutes.

As I'm filling up my car I see another monger get caught. I want to get the hell out of there by this point so I don't finish filling up my tank and I get on the road. As I drive back south I witness the decoys walking south towards the convenience store southeast of gator. As I drive past, a third monger turns down the side street and gets pounced on by 2 LEO. 3 mongers fell tonight because they didn't follow rule #23.

RULE #23: IN JACKSONVILLE, NEVER MONGER ON TUESDAYS EAST OF THE RIVER / IN JACKSONVILLE, NEVER MONGER ON WEDNESDAYS WEST OF THE RIVER.
