I just become a regular, go often treat them nice, or I treat my mps like I Would treat my local coffee shop, get the to "know" them on a professional level, and once they get 'used' to you, they usually start treating you "special" just like at my local Starbucks, the baristas start 'knowing' what my drink is, and after many visits, they get my drink started art as soon as they see me, lot and there have been many times I've been 'hooked up' cause hey got to 'know' me and always tip.
