I haven't seen any during the day time (I come through S Philly pretty often) , it's getting to be a clean neighborhood. I saw SW maybe once or twice on Broad, usually after midnight.

The old schlong doesn't rise quite as high as it used to, and doesn't rise at all if there is stress or disinterest in the partner.
