I believe it would be difficult to fake an ad on STGs because they require a photo of the girl with her personal contact email and the date holding a sign with a complete view from at least waste up. My job entails 100% travel and I use STG to find providers out of town. When you see the same ad, same pictures same day in Columbia, MO and Bozeman, MT, it's obviously a fake.
