She did, she was a bit older, but well built, she had an asian accent, but when she opened the door, she definitely was not asian. She looked hispanic. I told her I had to run an errand and I would be back shortly.
So I exited the door, and I headed out through the porch. As I stepped down the three little steps on the porch, there were three guys jogging towards the place, one from accross the street, one from the left and another from the right. Once I stepped out, it was like a comedy, all three stopped in place and pretended to be doing something different. One went in the store, another went down the alley right next to the house, and the third dropped down and pretended to tie his shoe or something.

Well, always trust your gut instinct ... it's usually right. In other words, if it smells bad, don't eat it. I'm sure a lot of these places have been staked out from time to time. I know of a couple up in Vista that got busted and shut down a couple years back. I always go to one of two places in Escondildo, as at least I know what I'm getting there, and they know me. But someone here recently reported seeing a trailer setup outside of them both, thought it was too suspicious, and bailed. Trust me, the last thing you want to do is be in one of these places if it gets raided.
Sounds odd but to be honest I don't think they can bust you for something until/unless you've offered money for sex. That's unlikely in the doorway so I'm not sure why they would come running. I've also heard stories of cops in the restroom or in the breakarea to stay hidden. Hiding outside (except for possible processing) seems unlikely. I mean they could just have one guy watch you go in and lean on your car so if you ran you'd have to leave your car behind.
What seems more likely is there was some kind of tip that a wanted person was coming there, or that someone had threatened the place. Either cops or not the guys sound like they were more responding to something else that happened to occur there rather than a vice-type sting.

I don't know how the other mongers feel but personally I am never worried about a sting.
