Some guy answered the phone and was easy to understand, gave clear directions, and said her name was Jennifer. I decided to make an appointment for the same day.
When the appointment time arrived, I drove to the designated area, called the same number, and repeatedly got nothing but a voice mail message made by a lady who sounded like she was mumbling, requesting me to leave a message. No one ever called me back or answered the phone. It didn't cost me any money, but it was a waste of time. I hate it when agencies don't even bother to let you know in advance that there is a cancellation.
