You can tell the sw from your car that you're going to your house to park the car and come back with your bicycle. This way they can't impound your vehicle. You can take your bike in your motel room or u can just ride your bike towards the sw whatever you want. If you can afford 25-50 for a room you can afford 25-50 more for a sw.
