1. She's in WLA, if they divert you to MW, full stop. I haven't heard of her relocating to MW or back to PV.

2. If you're headed to WLA, the only other option for B&S is to send you to Eunji. While I haven't seen Eunji, reviews and word of mouth says she's more of an average build. Hana on the other hand is 5' and spinner petite.
