It's a legacy phrase because before the pandemic hit, the majority of places in northern VA was just handjob. Anything above that was a bonus. I know we're not supposed to discuss certain other websites, whose letters appear in order in the word "other", but I just went there and things were. WEIRD.
I think someone hacked their message boards, because every time I floated over a link, some little bit of "artwork", if you can call it that, popped up that said "Fool" with some other unsavory nonsense included. Suffice to say, if you've visited today or all that recently, update your anti-virus and do a scan, just to be safe. Bitdefender didn't flag anything when it happened, but I'm running a full scan regardless. Not sure where the best place overall was to put this, but this is as close to local for me as it gets, so...feel free to spread the word.
