There may be some from time to time. If you find one, treat them right.

Greensboro, Raleigh, Lynchburg, Roanoke are your best choice.

I can't be one of the crash test dummies that finds out how much damage that new law could cause. If you drive away from a play and you didn't get busted in a sting here, you got away with it. Not in NC. Providers are "victims" now. If they get in legal trouble, they can trade info for freedom and even get paid $12000 to do it. Phone records, hotel security footage, and identification by provider could be enough for a monger's life to be turned upside down, even with no conviction. Having your personal info with an agency seems like an even bigger risk. There is a monger who seems to be an attorney who has provided a lot of info on the Charlotte board. I am hoping LE does not ramp up efforts as their program develops and I am watching the boards to see how this plays out. I got way too many people depending on me to risk being a crash test dummy, and I am way too good looking for prison time (LOL), but I'm quietly waiting and hoping for this new law to become a low priority for LE.
