I even tried touch of health and the same thing happened. Do I just look young and they think I'm lying about my age or do you really have to be 23? Is there anyone I should ask for at moonlight or is it luck of the draw?

In the private apartment and condo places, they don't get an hourly wage, and they have to give about 1/3 of the fee to the older people who run the places, unless they're independent.

Hope this helps a little. Hope someone else will contribute on the question of whether the public MP tips are split.
