They travel to foreign countries and have BB action, they frequent AMPs and LMPs locally, and even have certain SWers they go full on GFE with.
And all the time these hard core mongers never experience any ill health effects, at least not internally, there is the bacterial issue on the foreskin or maybe catching a common cold from one of these girls.
Or the occasional urinary tract infection thing that some common antibiotics will knock out in 2-3 days.
